Interview is very straightforward, no suprises, straight off the gouge. It was one of the more pleasant experience I've had interviewing.

Yes. Spend the $60 bucks and do the prep if you really want to job; its not a hard profile but they are looking for it exactly like the gouge on pearlaviation.com!

PM if ya want more info...good luck!

Everyone says to spend the $60 on the prep. I didn't do the prep and had no trouble on the eval.

If the prep is anything like it was 2 years ago, do the prep. The same guy who ran the sim during my prep also ran the sim the next day at the interview. Not only did I know all the pitch, power, and trim setting for each phase of the flight, I knew EXACTLY when the attitude indicator was going to fail because they guy told me. When I did it, it wasn't $60 either. It was something like $60/hr for the sim, but if you only used 20 minutes, you only paid for 20 minutes. $20 for a walk in the park interview sim ride is the best bargain I think you'll ever find. Do the prep.

But if you would have f.ucked it all up you would have been kicking yourself in the as.s.

Lets see...go in blindly or get a preview of the test. That's all anyone is trying to say here. For some people this interview is just about the only decent gig they have going. This place isn't heaven, but I can't name to many others I'd want to go to right now.

It's just one thing less you'd have to " I wonder if..." about if you don't get the job. But of course for those that really want this job, I'm not telling you anything you don't know already.

My lack of sim prep had nothing to do with not caring about the job or interview. It had everything to with with not being able to get to ATW until nearly 11pm the night before the interview.
