OK...I've been gone all day and leave tomorrow for another week.

I dropped like 35lbs early sep-early dec doin atkins, minimal excercising, kinda bottomed out now though....
gonna have to go back to the induction phase and see if i can get some more, no books, no charts, no piss-strips, just rough numbers on carb counts....i'm lazy like that...

I had been on it and doing well while flying, and lost some 20 lbs.

After I was booted, I slipped back into my old eating habits and failed to get enough exercise; a bad combination.

I went back on the plan just after Christmas, and started losing weight last week. The addition of exercise will help to accelerate my results.

I had two motivators: the "belly" I developed hurt my chances of on-camera work for commercials, and my doctor chuckled when I asked him if he thought I should lose some weight.

So, on Monday, I start throwing the steel around again.

Maybe in a few months I can go back to Judo, too.
