I understand that ATI is once again looking for FO's..Window is Jan 16 to 22...

That is the date for the internal posting. HR requires that all jobs be listed for internal applicants for 7 days. The application window will open up after those dates. ATI is switching to an electronic application, so it may be delayed a couple of days if there are bugs to work out.
