Air Tran or Republic

I had a F/A call me today. She said she has two offers. She lives in Chicago. Both companies are offering Milwaukee bases. She asked me which one she should go for. Suggestions?? Air Tran or Republic. Thank you in advance

I think AirTran would be about 10x better, as far as everything, including pay and a better airline for a career choice.

Yes, great career choice of flying for a company that continues to screw each labor group.(Airtran)

Airtran bases, MKE, ATL

RAH bases, MKE,ORD,GRR,MCI,ect.....

Republic will treat you just as bad as Airtran, it comes down to senority,pay and base options. I don't think either is a great career choice.

It's not a career at Repubic, it's a summer job, like at the Dairy Queen (only for less money)
