Hi, I need to travel on Air Tran ATL-EWR (flight 578 on friday). Is there a number to list and check loads. Thanks in advance

Go to airtran.com and reservations. I always put in nine people for the number traveling. That gives me a hint at how open the flight is.

1-800-AIRTRAN.

Get yourself to a live rep, and just tell him/her that you're looking to jumpseat, and were wondering about the loads.

Looks like that flight is booked to about 80 for 8/4/06. I would think you would be able to get on no problem. For future reference, the reservation number is 1-800-247-8726 although I'm not sure if they'll provide load info to non-employees. Good luck!

Can someone PM me with the JS coordinators info for Air Tran?

According to our agents there is a way for offline jumpseaters to list in advance for jumpseats. I have no idea how, I can't list for a JS on my own airline but offliners can. Maybe through res. or the ticket counter. I've tried to get guys out of paying the 25.00 and but the agent says someone else already listed for it (but is nowhere to be found) so the guy standing in front of me now at departure time has to pay? I have no idea how our own system works. I really feel bad for the Med Ex guys that might have to work here. They probably have CASS and now are going to lose it until we can get our act together.
