hoses are on the wingtips. .similar to MPRS

The drouges will be housed in the Wing Air Refueling Pods (WARPs) which are not pictured and a centerline hose and drogue unit (I believe that's the small fairing just forward of the boom). The 4 Japanese versions will not have the WARPs, but the 4 Italian versions will.

I thought it was going to have the same wing as the 767-400, from the pic above it doesn't appear so. Anyone know?

The version sold to the Italians and Japanese are green 767-200ERs, then sent to Witchita for the mods. The KC767AT submitted for the KC-X proposal is a different jet altogether. The Japanese and Italians took truly off-the-shelf technology, but the USAF wanted more offload and cargo load capability in the KC-X than the 767-2ER was capable of (very simplified explanation, but close enough); hence the proposed Frankentaker design.
