Does anyone know if A.T. still keeps that big illegal drum filled up with 100LL at their home base??? anyone???

sounds like something the safety officer and the epa ought to look into..

Does anyone know if the airport authority at rickenbacker knows that there is a huge HAZARDOUS WHITE PLASTIC DRUM of 100LL sitting in the hanger???

Is this the same drum they use to defuel airplanes and then refuel them ???

That's just another way NR is being proactive????

NR probably doesn't care cuz he can afford all the insurance he needs. He's making over $6 million per year on the FedEx run out of Subic. $SIX MILLION DOLLARS!!! And pilots are taking risks for him? He doesn't have to spend any of that on fuel, and it's sure not going to the employees, right? Maybe he's spending it on maintenance? LMAO!!!!!

6 mill huh?

but what about all that flight time that the pilots get??? LOLOLOLOL!!!!!
it must surely make up for the risk of death

Here are another couple "facts" to look into:

When is the last time Air Tahoma hired a woman pilot?

When is the last time Air Tahoma hired a minority pilot and kept him/her on the line for more than a couple weeks?

does anyone know the authority at rickenbackers email adress??? just to let them know about this

I also heard from one of their mechanics that they blew an engine on a 580 a year ago and collected the full insurance payout to have the engine rebuilt (approx $150k, from the Throne Insurance agency in Seattle WA), but actually had it done by Lee Holly's friend at Miami Turbines for the cost of parts (closer to $35k). If that's true, NR and all the roto-ruders made a little over a hundred thousand for one of their pilots losing one in the air. Way to go guys!!!

I bet the John Throne company would love to hear about that!

Fact: Noel Rude is NOT a pilot, or has ever been one. He is a bean counter that knows to talk a good talk.

It is my opinion that he does not know how to "talk the talk" and the only way he can talk is if daddy is holding his hand 24/7.

ATI is no longer on the US Air jumpseat list for both mainline and express.

Sorry that a bad company is causing the pilot's to suffer.

I'm sure the "Scare Tahoma" pilots who are forced to jumpseat to reposition so their company doesn't have to buy them tickets will thank you for that!

Isnt this called insurance fraud. correct me if i am completely wrong.

What ever happened to Lee Holley taking the compressor sections of a scrapped L-188 and cv-580, mating them to half timed out turbines, then putting them on airplanes??

Air Tahoma is not a authorized engine shop for christ's sakes!!

Bud Rude, who honks bobo, once said "my engine test cell is on our airplanes"!!

How are Lee Holley and Gene Contor able to get away with this??

One of two ways. Either the FAA doesn't know or doesn't care. Don't ask, don't tell policy between good ol' boys (BR and the POI).
