I'm sure only the goodest and smartest wurk at the TSA Office of Inspection. They'll have the case closed in no time.

i thought it was funny...most people are just smart enough not to get caught...kind of like super bowl pools, fun and exciting but never-the-less illegal

Whats illegal here? What law did they break?

They probably broke more equal opportunity, non discrimination, hate laws, let's all get along rules than we can keep track of or even know of. The lawyers will find something. While it might be in very poor taste, my bigger concern is one, they aren't doing their job (whatever it may be) and two, this just shows that the more money you give to the gov't they will waste it in ways than we can come up with.

I'm sure somebody could have a field day with a "hostile work environment" lawsuit.

This country affords us all the ability to use hateful and derogatory words to describe others if we choose, however, when you are in a management/supervisory role in a Gov't position nonetheless, those rights are not protected. (and shouldn't be)

Funny? Absolutely.

Completely inappropriate? Without question.

Somebody should lose their job over this. That may be harsh, but try this in any airline crewroom and see how long it takes you to get fired. You'd be gone by the end of the day.

Who said anything about legality? They are guilty of sophomoric insensitivity in a workplace in the year 2010. Just plain stupid. They deserve at least some time off without pay -- better than they'd get in the private sector.
