They want 1000hrs PIC on type. I haven't looked at any of the application but in the past they've wanted anywhere from $250-$700 as an application fee.
I believe the pay is competitive by int'l standards and for India the pay is *A LOT*
Oh yah, you gotta pass exams to convert your licenses which normally is a PITA but if they know you're coverting b/c of a job offer from Air India, you could answer everything wrong and pass (You only get a pass/fail, don't get to see the results and there might be dropbox in the room for bribes).
