Would it really increase the chances of getting an interview at the Big D by going to the job fair? I figured that I should do everything I can.

All I know is that out of the five guys that went to LA to meet Jon and Co. All of them were called for interviews within a month.

Next week they are going to have nine people there to intercept resumes.

It cannot hurt, only help. If you do not have major ins or someone to walk your stuff in I would go.

So, how much time to you get with the recruiters? Do you have the chance to talk for a few minutes? How do you set yourself apart? Do they take your resume and ask you questions about yourself? I also am considering going to meet with the Delta folks...but I'd be missing out on my niece's birthday party (I know, think long term), plus I'd be missing out on $175!! ACL65...when you say the five that went to LA got interviews, what five are you talking about? I don't know a single Delta pilot, so this might be a good opportunity. Any other insight from anyone? No military, CA at a Delta Connection Carrier on the RJ, 250TPIC.

Well you will probably need more than 250 but it is worth a shot. Bring you resume, app and LOR's Make them know that you really want this. Make yourself shine. It is simple as that. If it is one minute or ten make it worth while. These people know what you are here for. They know what to look for and make a decision in less than a minute so come prepared.
