Right. The Pentagon is wisely preparing for the next war, when squadrons of briefing officers will be deployed against the enemy. Instead of bombs, we will use overhead projectors and slides to bring them to their knees.

Or.... we can bore them to death by forcing them to do painful CBT's on "the illegal trafficking of persons" or "Information Management" or "Records Keeping 101" or my favorite one, "ORM".
