I'm looking for some sort of contact for an AF flight surgeon whether it be email or phone number. I need to get this PRK thing squared away, and it looks he/she is the person I need to talk to. Thanks in advance.

Why does it take so long to hear back from a flight doc? I've emailed atleast two of them (I've done so much emailing I can't remember how many I've sent out). Are they just that busy? Are they only in the office every now and then? Just curious. Oh yea, and if you can find "usmc33" on here, tell him to check his PM! :D
