Need some info about the company. The company seem to have high pilot turn over......they are always looking for replacements...what is going on??? Thnx
 
From what I've heard its all contract work. No benefits, you pay your own taxes etc. basically treat you as if you were an independent contract pilot. At least thats what a guy told me and he was supposed to start last week.
