Air Cargo Carriers SDF crew base ???

I live in the louisville area and would really like to work for ACC but I am unable to relocate, will ACC ever make SDF a crew base ??

We have plenty of flights into SDF but not even any rumours (that I have heard) of a crew base there.... we DO have a guy on charter who lives there on his days off if that helps.
