How about a employee owned fractional. Start it up go head to head with options. Leave the Flex guys in the dust except for a select few of course and everyone knows already who those guys are. Could be the most succeful fractional in the industry. Employee owned would set a whole new standard of service and solidarity. Bring on old citation air guys and any other Proffesionals out there. 300-400 pilots walking out the door on the same day would be sweet. See how quick KR wants to negotiate

This sounds like a Red Label fractional.

Not even close. Everything would be based on seniority. Pay scales would be consistent, and A kisser, IGMs , wouldn't be allowed.

And you just lost your contract negotiations. Nice job. If you want them on your side, work for them and not against them.

First of all the arbitrator will be deciding the contract everything else is just going thru motions to get to that point. As for getting anyone on my side better go back and read all my past posts. Tired of repeating myself.

Ha! Did you see the comment at the end if the article?

That would be priceless if it was an actual customer/observer and not just a pissed off pilot.
