This is news?????????????

Sure sounds like the same old, same old, same old, same old, same old, same old, same old, same old, same old, same old, same old, same old, same old, same old, same old, same old *@#^ that keeps getting posted and reposted and hashed and rehased, AD NAUSEUM on this board.

If you have any new points to make, or any new arguments that we haven't heard at least a thousand times or more, please feel free to post it. Oh, but I'm sure that won't happen......just more of the same old, same old, same old, same old.....AD NAUSEUM:rolleyes:

Thanks!

Appreciate the link to the informative article. I was wondering what happened to ALPA's motion to dismiss.

That was probably one of the most factually inaccurate article I have ever read. I don't really have time to refute all of it, but perhaps the reporter and that Ford jerk would be kind enough to do a little bit of research.

A: The lawsuit is not asking for $1 million dollars. It is asking for $100 million PLUS $2,000,000 for EVERY CMR pilot for EACH of six complaints. Total? About 15 BILLION DOLLARS (depending on the exact amount of CMR pilots)

B: The end of FM will not result in "madatory furloughs" as FM is not what eliminated the scope restrictions. The scope restrictions were ended as a result of 3 quarters of losses in a row, and all that is in its place is an obligation to "meet and confer." The end of FM would change nothing.

C: The author claims that U's bankruptcy and AMR's restructuring will affect our FM grievance. As both of those are economic factors, they are not allowed to be considered in the discussion.

I could go on, but frankly, I'm sick of correcting misinformation over and over again.
