Mesa has agreed to pay Yucaipa $2 million, issue Yucaipa 10 percent of Mesa's common stock and provide certain Hawaiian interisland travel benefits to former Aloha employees.

At .20/share they should ask for more cash up front from that POS Johnny O! That stock is worthless and will probably soon be delisted.

The JUDGEMENT is for $80 million for Hawiian, plus $2 million and all that stock for Aloha.

There must be more to this story. Perhaps some huge investor is coming and dumping a bunch of money in these idiots' laps..... I don't see how Mesa could possibly pay these bills without a major miracle..

It does not change anything, the court wants to distance itself from the sale and simply postponed it. Notice that no one objected to the sale and no one can out bid Yucaipa. they have 113 M to bid in a credit bid. The sale of Aloha to Yucaipa is just as much a done deal as the license to Mesa. This just gives Mesa time to paint it aircraft

Disgusting.....

Yes it is.......as is the fact that Aloha pilots can't transport their longevity and experience to other ALPA carriers...EQUALLY DISGUSTING!

We are our own worst enemy.....
