Is there an age limit to act as PIC under ICAO rules? Only P-91 Flying? Thanks
the reason why I ask is because ICAO Strickley talkes about age limit 65 for PIC under commercial rules. Anyone who has traveled internationaly knows that other Countries do not distinqish between 91 and 135. They believe all flying is under "135" and that there is no such thing as 91 for jets.
Unfortunately, from what I have been told it does. If you are corporate you are flying someone for compensation so it is like being part 135 or anything else. Now this may be bogus, but that is what I have been led to believe. 65 is the number as PIC..
I can think of numerous cases were a pilot was flying under a class 2 medical and the EU had a problem with it even though it was P-91

I am just stating the fact that other countries see commercial flying different. And for any operation worth salt: there are many times I let my first class slip ( p-91 Domestic)a month and never thought about the problem with it internationaly until I heard from a buddy of mine that it happen to.Who said anything about Class 2 medicals? Any operation worth it's salt requires a 1st Class medical regardless.
