Hey guys, I'm trying to fill out an AF Form 24 for the Guard but I had a few questions. I'm not sure what to put for boxes 1 and 2 which are To: and Specialty. Is the To: field dependent on the unit and what exactly should go there? I'm assuming Home of Record is permanent address. There are a few things in box 13 and they're all confusing because I'm not sure which apply to the Guard. Any help from others who have filled one out would be appreciated, thanks!
