AE uniform question

What is the policy on uniforms? Are you allowed the leather jacket year round or at least all through the winter? What about wearing a blazer jacket?....what is the policy with that? I know not your typical line of questioning but just curious.

If you are who I think you are...

Not everyone can jump ship for a corporate job and then sit around for a month while the plane is in the shop. The world would stop turning if I didn't get an EX or JM in my HI1 every month.
