Does anyone know why Abline has AE SABB340's sitting on the ramp?

They are "mothballed" Saabs. I think there is about 30 of them out there. After 9/11, they began parking them due to reduction in service. They have been replaced by ERJ's so there they sit. Why? You wanna buy one? cheap!

Hey, they aren't so cheap. I figured they had so many of them, I inquired into leasing/buying a couple. Thought I might start a little business on the side right after 9/11. YIKES! Way overpriced for what you get.
