Adjust age 60+ pilot pay scales

If it's true that there is going to be a stress test included with the flight physical, then it's probably going to start knocking all the fatties out of the left seat anyway. So I see upgrade times actually going down for a while.

I think to make it fair we should make everybody go back to the right seat at 50. It is a nice even number and works as well as 60. New guys could advance a lot quicker and your children could look forward to having you out of their way career wise. It isn't fair to make them stagnate in the right seat when you could be there teaching them is it?

None of that is going to happen. Status quo plus five and at least those of us in our 30's and 40's know what is coming and can plan accordingly.
