He likes making unsolicited PM's that are written between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m. that contain veiled threats that he "knows people in the Training Dept" and I'd better "cover my nuts", because I'm "going to be fired soon" . . . . . blah, blah, blah.

I gave him a referral to get into the HIMMS program. Sounds like he needs it.

I appreciate that. No, sarcasm does not translate well at all, unless at the end you put a winky face or say something to the effect that you're kidding or it was a joke.

You can't read body language or facial expression, so sometimes things just come across wrong.

Ty, if you'll report the PM, we'll appropriately take care of the issue.

That's what we're here for. You want to yell and rant at each other? Fine. Just stay within the Terms of Service and you have free reign to post all day long. Among those rules are:

No profanity.
No using of actual names or posting enough info to figure it out.
No personal attacks (although we let most of the general name-calling stand, when it goes beyond that to harassment, you get put in the penalty box).

Any questions, feel free to ask or read the TOS again.
