Why waste time with scrachy freqs. Ipods all the way. I got a cable that plugs into the a/c. I listen to my ipod with the headset and completely off the CVRs. $30 from a pilot shop.
 
Frequency 910 AM is good in the SLC region if you like Disney Radio. I think it's lame but my FO's seem to like it. It was coming in garbled one day in a particular and so I told my FO I would write it up in "the can." "Radio Disney 910 AM garbled." JK - But that would be funny sihit though if a mechanic saw that written in the can.

Don't waste your money. That list is at least a decade out of date. Yeah, the stations still work, but one gets sick of tuning up a supposed sports channel and getting spanish-only programming.

Savage is kick a**. Used to fly this cargo route a couple of years ago where I could catch most of his show. I emailed someone from his website looking for station lists a while back. Sadly, no response.
