Any suggestions on a good school/FBO for an accelerated Commercial license in a one month timeframe (Nov or Dec) for someone who already has an IFR and 240 odd hours (including the long X-C).

with the exception of mechanicals and bad wx why wouldn't you be able to finish a COMM in a month a any regular FBO?

Sked an aircraft and instructor 3 or 4 times a week for 3 weeks and by the 4th week you should be ready to go. Also sked the DE a few weeks out.

If you fly 3 times a week for 3 weeks you will easily have 10 hours and be prepared by the 4th week for the ride.

He has the time already, now it's just a matter of getting the maneuvers down.

I would check your local FBO, and maybe you can strike a deal with them.
