Same on the 200. I have wondered the same thing.
 
Boy you are getting riped off!! SkyWest is only paying $2.35 a roll!!!

This has always been one of those myths!!!
 
It is so expensive because its special
FAA approved paper and as such,
it must be flame retardant.

Please tell me you're joking!! The printer paper has to be FAA approved? With all the manuals, paperwork etc., we carry now, but the printer paper has to be flame retardent?
 
This paper is Korite paper. A long chemical process that stems from using Silver and .0002% gold is coated on the paper. This is for a better clearer print using the Binford 4000x ACARS printer. As said earlier this paper is worth more than the dollar. If you think that is interesting just try to light some of this paper with a match and see what happens......not in the plane of course.

why not just get the atis the old fashion way and write it down on some scrap paper from the release.
