Do any BlueRidgers know where we can find a "Don't Blame Me, I Voted No!" Sticker?
I am appaled that the CPO's weighed in on this and whats more...they are mgt. For the pilot group to actually care what they say about the TA is like believing upper mgt. If a hardcore NO voter posted his 800 number would the ranks follow the lead.
You were hired at ACA to be a Captain. A Captain is a Leader. So, 50% of our pilots are leaders and 50% are going to be leaders! (Really, we are all leaders NOW). Anyhow, make your own freakin' decision....get informed and vote. Don't base your vote b/c the CPO hotline, ALPA and MGT say a Yes vote is THE VOTE...b/c it might not be.
I thought I worked with leaders.
