Who do you work for?

Who are your contract carriers. That may provide some insight. I know Delta is some part of you operation, but how much of a portion are the rest of the contractors. Your management may be posturing for the worst or a decrease in "fee for departure" pay by some of the troubled carrieres. Thanks.

ACA first year FO pay is greater than ASA but is comparably $3.00 less every year after that. But I would think that these pay rate differences would be consistant with aircraft size. I hope ACA takes that into consideration as they talk to ALPA. Most pilots I've talked to said they would not vote for a pay cut.
