They swooped into flight safety yesterday and snatched up 6 guys. Min time was 1500 to interview, and they all had a *very* condensed interview process (15 question test, short dual interviews, and a very short frasca ride). They're supposedly going to be returning at least monthly to hire people as well. Guys showed up for the interview yesteday and they start class on monday...That'll make your weekend.

Not to slam the flight safety guys, but what about all the "other" non flight safety guys that are on the street and have better qualifications, and time?? They probably have there stuff in there to.....

I know, you are probably saying its the whole seniority number thing, but there are guys/gals out there from other regionals that would want to work there and dont have that issue??

what gives? Can someone enlighten me...

I know a guy who interviewed off the street a few weeks ago and was hired into a class the following week. It's not just FSI
