It appears that ACA is one of the 20 largest unsecured creditors listed in the CH. 11 Filing.

According to the filing UAL owes ACA over $4.6 million in past due payments.

That pales in comparison to over $1.6 BILLION owed to the Bank of New York in UNSECURED Bonds.

The State of Indiana is really getting the shaft since UAL owes the $162 Million for the MX Facility.

Among the companies to file CH. 11 simultaneously with UAL are:

Air Wis Services, Inc.
Air Wisconsin, Inc.
Mileage Plus, Inc.
United Air Lines, Inc.
United BizJet Holdings, Inc.
UAL Benefits Management, Inc.

I am not sure if Air Wisconsin, Inc. is the same as Air Wisconsin Airlines Corporation.

Just got a memo from the company today that Air Wis Services and Air Wisconsin, Inc are the former Air Wisconsin from the early 1990's. Air Wisconsin Airlines is a completely seperate entity.
