Aero Charter and Transport and American Check are combining resources as of the first of the year. I Just heard the official word about this yesterday.

Does anyone know how the quality of maintenance at American Check/ Flightline? I know they have had issues in the past with the MU-2 but I am not sure if it was a maint issue.

The MX is what you would expect from a low rent 135 outfit. Not good, but not terrible.

Flightline can barely manage 12 airplanes and pilots, let alone the what...20+ airplanes and 30 pilots from Aero Charter?

Heard from a birdy that the deal may have gone sour.. Any possible truth to this??

Haven't heard anything yet. I talked to a guy a little closer to the mothership than I and he hasn't heard anything to the effect. I'll know more on Wednesday.
