ABX is displacing(surplussing) 3 767 crews in the ILN domicile and adding crews to the 767 MIA domicile. This can only mean one thing. The downward slide of ABX becoming just another bottom feeding contractor (although highly paid for the moment, but according to Hete, not for long). They are surplussing crews from the DHL system and adding crews to fly charters out of MIA.
