Either we know exactly who they are, or they were just F-in around with everyone...

Unfortunately the six were not thinking at all. One or two were counting cash that the signing bonus would have given them. We have a few that won't vote for what's right for the group cause they have most of the good deals in scheduling, open time and vacation. We also have one or two that communicate hourly with the Bobs and were convinced that the union was totally wrong. The message was still loud and clear.

What was the actual proposal to the pilots, if you don't mind me asking?

The proposed pay increase was COLA+0.5% per year with a cap of 3% each year. That 3% cap is a real problem as you'd really get behind inflation whenever there's a year with the CPI over 3%.

The 6 probably actually meant to vote NO but statistically out of that many votes they put the wrong one down. It's those that didn't take the time to vote you must watch.

Did any of the "no" voters use the specially prepared Florida ballots? (sorry - couldn't resist digging that old crap up again...)

As Bumper mentioned, there should be no doubt in management as to the mindset of the group. Either way, whether directly or indirectly, it seems we'll be joining ABX in the fight eventually.
