Does that mean it will get terminated or frozen? PBGC benifits $uck when compared to a plan for highly compensated individuals such as yourselves, especially if the pilot is below 65. I'm a former ABXer turned early-retired legacy, and as I recall 65 pays around 48K/yr maximum, 60 is 28k, and downhill from there.

If they freeze it, as the NWA pilots did, I think you would come out much better, but don't know how much. If they get enough business to keep a smaller ABX going in some manner, it could get risky as well. Anything from IBT or the company on that?
