COURT RULING: As announced late yesterday, Judge Joseph E. Irenas
of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey issued
a ruling on Tuesday in APA's favor in the class-action lawsuit
against APA concerning the American Airlines-TWA pilot seniority
integration.

What isn't mentioned is that the judge's ruling was solely based on his opinion that the six-month statute of limitations had run out. He didn't rule on the merits of the case at all. Either way he would've ruled, an appeal was inevitable and I believe one has already been filed.

Here's a link to the text of the ruling: USDC-NJ

JustApilot,

No need for your negatives comments sir. Sometimes it's better to not say anything as opposed to something inflamitory that is not necessary. Yes I was former TWA and proud of it. I don't have a job but I'm glad that other people in this industry do, no matter weteher they were "hired or acquired". Times are tough enough. TWA Dude was simply stating accurate facts for the record for those not in the know. He wasn't taking a shot and if you've read his past posts you would realize he is usually fair and accurate, so make nice and act like the professional you are.

Fraternally,

Counselair:)
