Anyone have any experience in American Airlines Reservations?

My wife is looking into a Res Agent position done from home and was wanting some general info. Shifts, schedule flexibility, atmosphere. She has worked in a pseudo call center before. Any info would help. Thanks.
 
AA doesn't do res agent at home positions. All res agents work at res centers.

JetBlue does home-based res agents, but you must be bi-lingual English/Spanish.
