Yup...it's not a recall when it was an out of seniority furlough to begin with. Plus it's not a recall when 50 of the 208 are on MLOA/defered their recall and they don't recall the next 50.

How was it an out of seniority furlough to begin with? They were furlough-protected which AA dealt with by using force majeur, but they weren't out of seniority until the NMB decision last month.
