1. No doubt! I guess the guy had no family or friends! Jeeez, people don't hear from me in a day and there phone calls being made.

Kinda sad.

The fact that the article said he 'hadn't been heard from in 7-10 days' doesn't necessarily mean no-one missed him for 7-10 days--- maybe concerned relatives/friends contacted police sooner, and the police waited that long before making a more thorough investigation.

Regardless, it's sad.

RIP. An airline pilot leads a scattered life and 7-10 days gone is nothing my neighbors or friends would think twice about.

About ten years ago I had an older acquaintance that was discovered sitting in his lounge chair dead from a heart attack. The coroner estimated he had been dead for over two months.
