Rumor has it AA is going to start charging a $25 dollar fee for all jumpseat riders.

Anyone confirm or deny?
 
Deny. I think where this came from is some discussion (only) at the ATA about new ways to pick the pockets of their companies' employees even more than they have already.

I like the idea. I don't ride AA but if they jump on my jet I can charge them $25. That ought to buy a few adult beverages for the crew.
