This from another board and The source is the
Economic Times:

PARIS,: US investment fund MatlinPatterson Global Advisors has placed
a firm order for six Airbus A330-200F long-haul cargo aircraft,
European plane manufacturer Airbus said Monday.

MatlinPatterson, which specialises in buying up companies in
difficulty, said the planes would be used by several firms in its
investment portfolio, such as Varig Logistica of Brazil and Global
Aero Logistics of the United States.

The value of contract was not disclosed but based on catalog prices
the deal should be worth a little more than one billion dollars (675
million euros).

We at ATA have been told it won't be us. Either World or Varig.

There is a leasing company with an office in MEM that has ordered 20 of them.
