They forgot to add:

"Willing to work for substandard wages."

And pay for transportation to the interview
and pay for training.
and accept rebasing with no notice or relocation money.

Sounds like a fine deal.

You are well informed.

Travel is provided on Virgin to and from the interview if needed, training pay is $2400 a month. there is no junior manning to another base.
So the only point you're right on is that they don't pay you for a forced relocation because they don't force you to change base.

Well done Sherlock!

Or you could say:

"Must be willing to fly an A320 for regional airline wages."

Or everyone could be just like you and only fly for the highest pay in the industry. You do don't you???

Oh you don't, well why don't you just top yourself.

Fu bi.

No, just 50% more than your highest paid Captain. However, having guys like you willing to fly the same size airplane for your rates makes it extremely hard for everyone else to raise the bar.

And it makes it extremely easy for management to argue that YOU represent "market rates" because there are numb nuts willing to accept your crappy pay.

My apologies for hurting your feelings.
If I knew you were so thin skinned i would have sent lotion.

The online application stated:
"Are you willing to pay transportation to an interview?"
"Are you to pay for training"
"We will not pay for relocation"

So, perhaps I AM informed.

Or not.

One thing you have to remember about VX pilots...they are all guilty of undercutting the profession and they know it.

They carry a HUGE load of guilt and they react accordingly.

The best thing is they all wear that ridiculous black uniform so you can identify they at a distance and shun them appropriately.

So you had the highest pay before vx turned up, then you took those pay cuts. Now I understand.

Sorry about that.

As for CrimsonEclipse, I was purely correcting you misconceptions.
No Virgin won't rent a limo and drive you from the airport to the interview.
No they won't pay for you to move house and buy your present one at market rate (I think you'll find there might be one or two other airlines in America that wont offer that deal too).
And it's not PFT, its pay for a hotel while you're in SFO for training, most of which is done in MIA or DFW.

Not sure how you hurt my feelings, another one of your great deductions I guess.

Genius, pure genius.
