Hours

Having all these preqiuisites for airline job flight times are rules. It only gets you an interview and is a basis of discriminating such a mass group of pilots looking for jobs. Once you get the interview it really does not matter how many hours you have. The interviewers look for attitude and adaptability. Once hired into training you might as throw away the logbook since you are going to learn their way of doing business.
