I guess I should have actually looked at the map without blindly posting it. Sorry. I was doing a search for North America maps and this was one that popped up. I'm not sure how old it is.

maybe they're all off purposly to confuse the terrorists and the pilots? :)
 
Shortly after 9/11, and as general aviation got "back on-line", the AOPA had listed the warnings pertaining to the "no-overfly / do not circle" areas.
Of course, nuclear reactors were included on that list. And West Milton was not listed on their site at first. It was amended later on to correct that oversight.
