Not flaming, but the XJ guys they hired recently have all been pretty damn cool/safe airmen. Just saying...who knows how the SSP goes. The rumor pipeline on SSP failures is ridiculous. One thing is for sure.....senior pilots are being bypassed because they don't have their sh!t in. That's their own damn fault!!...they must like their shi! contract......or age is a factor, and it doesn't make sense to move on.
