Hello,
I have thought that while working Part time as an instructor it might be worth trying to get a aprenticeship working as a A&P helper to get the 3000 hrs required to become a A&P. Has anybody gone this route? I think it would be a good way to earn extra income to supplement the CFI gig. Ideal situation would be to work for a school that works on their own airplanes.
Any advice or suggestions/comments welcomed
Thanks

Smart move. I have my A+P and AI, it has really gotten me out of some tough situations. It also gives you an in on a job, like a nice right seat position on a Hawker or something. King has the best program for getting you ready for your writtens.
