This is a not so public service announcement from the Captain’s Revolution Against Posers (C.R.A.P.) Foundation. Please stay tuned............................

'Howdy folks, this is Geronimo, and I am one of the many addicted users that frequent the pages of drivel here on flightinfo.com. As many of you have noticed, there are some pretty annoying posters (or posers) that unfortunately troll and troll and troll on the fine pages of this site. Well, there is good news in the fight against these terrorist, err, idiots.

All of us have the power within ourselves to help save us, and future generations, from these most vile postings. This feature should actually be renamed the “flame-thrower”.

Wait for it…………………

Wait for it………………..

DING DING DING DING. That’s right folks, I’m talking about the IGNORE feature!!! Now, finally, for the benefit of all, I have spelled out a procedure that you can use to save yourself from the useless venom that these people insist on spewing constantly.

Step One: Simply go to the top of any page you are browsing in “The Hangar”.

Step Two: Click the “User CP” button located on the far left side of the dark blue task bar.

Step Three: Proceed to the bottom of the light blue rectangular box and click the link that says “Buddy / Ignore List”

Step Four (the hard part): One the right side, under “Ignore List” type the name of your favorite annoying posers EXACTLY as it appears on their screen name. Click the “Update Ignore list” button.

Step Five: While your in the bowels of flightinfo.com, if you want, type the names of some of your friends under the “Buddy List” and then click on “Update Buddy list”.

REPEAT AS NECESSARY

Thanks for listening, happy flying, and may God save the South.’
