A little Help Please

A friend sent me an email. Its an MPEG and pretty funny. I saved it to my computer desktop. How do I get it from my desktop onto hear to share with everyone? Anybody know? It's actually on windows media player and it's a sound file.

find a spikeyhaired FO with an ipod in the terminal. They are easy to spot since they are wearing a backpack and sometimes a purple windbreaker and carrying a sheet of plywood. THey should be able to help ya!
