A Little help for a Military Guy

I was wondering the best source of information to study up on Jeppesen Approach Plates? Obviously, being a military guy, I'm familiar with NOS, I have an upcoming interview, and gouge indicates alot of Jeppesen approach questions. What is the quickest and easiest method to improve my general knowledge on Jeppesen Approaches?
Is there a basic Jeppesen study guide?
