I've seen its English counterpart - a TV show about Easyjet in the UK. It's pretty interesting. I am surprised Southwest would like to showcase some of its "interesting" passengers (i.e., straight from Hazzard County). I'll be watching...

They also follow the pilots / FAs / etc. The preview emphasised the paxs but the show is just as much about the employees.
