A Couple of SWA questions

Can anyone provide me some answers on the following, I appreciate any help from the guys that work in SWA:

1. How long is your reserve callout time?
2. What is an average time in reserve out of OAK?

Call out is 2 hours. I came on the line in May. June was a hard line (all newbies get that). Jul- reserve. Aug-blank line (bottom of the "hard lines"). Sep - reserve. Oct, Nov - Blank line. Dec - regular hard line.

Life is very good - i was off reserve very fast in Oakland.
